Conference Venue & Details

If you choose not to stay at the resort , there are several very good hotels within 15-25 minutes of the conference venue. We have complied a list of our recommendations below. Distance to venue is also included. You can use this link to reserve your room at the resort. The discounted rate is $129 per night for 1 King or 2 Queen rooms only.

The registration stand will be open from 9am on Friday morning. All delegates will require a name badge. Kindly pick your name badge before moving to the T-shirt station. Childcare will be available for children ages 3-11 only. Childcare will be available on Friday evening, Saturday morning and evening only. Attendees should fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). CONFERENCE VENUE: ATLANTA EVERGREEN RESORT The conference venue is about 25-30 minutes from the airport (55-63 miles). If you choose not to stay at the resort, most of the recommended hotels are within 15-25 minutes of the conference venue. Parking at the conference venue is free.
